Data Deletion Instructions

FlashRespond is operated by Tattva Labs. We respect your data and privacy. In compliance with GDPR and Meta Platform Policies, we provide clear mechanisms for disconnecting your account and requesting complete deletion of all associated data.

Step 1: Revoke Permissions on Facebook

To stop FlashRespond from accessing your Facebook and Instagram account details, you can revoke permissions directly inside your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's **Settings & Privacy > Settings**.
  2. In the left sidebar, click on **Apps and Websites** (or **Business Integrations**).
  3. Locate **FlashRespond** in the active list.
  4. Click **Remove** next to the application name.
  5. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Step 2: Disconnect Accounts in FlashRespond

Inside your FlashRespondDashboard, navigate to **Settings > Connected Accounts**. Click **Disconnect** next to any connected Instagram or Facebook accounts. This immediately stops any automated DMs and post replies from the account.

Step 3: Request Permanent Data Deletion

When you remove or disconnect your account, your automation rules, message counts, and active connections are disabled. To permanently delete all stored details (including your Profile data, logged messages, automations, and contact list) from our servers, send an email request.

Submit Your Request

Email us at support@flashrespond.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:

  • Your registered FlashRespond email address
  • The Instagram Username / Facebook Page name connected

Processing Time

Once we receive your deletion request, our database administrators will purge all associated database rows, access tokens, and cached media within **48 hours**. We will send a final email confirmation when the process is complete.
